Sweet Planning & Paper Co. is a passion project, idealized by two "party perfectionists" sisters.
Have you ever asked your kid what theme they want for their birthday party, and their answer is something you will NOT find at the regular party stores? Thought about a cool wedding favor and no one had it? Wanted to make a milestone birthday special, and ended up with those generic number decorations?
